Marcus Herold is the Founder and Chairman of the Board at MPS Enterprises in Helsinki, where he also serves as an Executive Coach and Advisor. With a career at MPS spanning over 50 years, he founded MPS Finland in 1975 and led its expansion into a leading international human resources and recruitment firm with a presence in the Nordics, Baltics, Russia, and China. Throughout his tenure as CEO and Chairman, Marcus pioneered outplacement consulting in Finland and developed the "Behavioral Philosophy B = f(P,S)" to enhance management audits and organizational research. He oversaw the strategic acquisition of Prewise in 2012 to integrate digital processes into change management and has been instrumental in building global networks such as the Career Star Group and the Panorama Community of Leadership Experts. Marcus is a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach for these international alliances, supporting clients in over 100 countries. He holds a degree in Management, HR, and Marketing from Hanken Svenska Handelshögskolan in Helsinki.
