In 2005 he moved to GE Capital Solution Equipment Financing asHRManager, in 2008 in Novartis asHRHead Oncology Italy and in 2015 he became responsible for theTalent Management & Organizational Development of this area throughout Europe. Since May 2017, she has been a Partner at EuroSearch. She is a coach (ACC ICF Certified). She loves to enjoy life with her family, traveling whenever she can in search of cultural and gastronomic experiences. She works in Italian and English.
