Marc de Braekeleer is a Managing Partner and the Managing Director for Belgium at Odgers in the Brussels Metropolitan Area. Since joining the firm in 2014, he has specialized in C-level senior executive search assignments, focusing on strategy, sales, operations, HR, and finance roles across the insurance, industry, automotive, and professional services sectors. Prior to transitioning into executive search, Marc built an extensive corporate career, serving as the CEO of Tempo Team (part of the Randstad Group) and as the Sales and Operations Director for Randstad. Before this, he was the Managing Director for Belgium at BCA UK. He spent the first 16 years of his career at Touring, where he served as Chief Executive Officer following a decade of holding various director positions in B2B sales and international operations. Marc holds a Master in Applied Economics and Finance from the Ichec Brussels Management School.
