Prior to his current role, he served as a Senior Client Partner at Alliance WE Partners, an alliance involving Korn Ferry, where he spent nearly a decade specializing in the FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Retail sectors. His extensive background in human capital solutions also includes consultancy roles at RosExpert and Hudson, as well as a foundational career in recruitment management for the telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries. Maxim's leadership experience is further anchored by his time as a Group Leader at UMC (MTS). He holds a Master's degree in Architectural and Building Sciences from the Dnipro University of Technology and completed executive education at IMD in 2019.
