Her practice includes all issues related to intellectual property (trademarks, designs, patents, copyright, unfair and parasitic competition, domain names), in both advisory and litigation matters. Maïlys holds a Master's degree in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property and a Master's degree in Business Law from the Université Panthéon-Assas. In addition to her internship at Fieldfisher in 2024, she has completed several internships at companies such as Chanel SAS, Interparfums, and the lawfirm Jacobacci & Partners. She speaks French and English.
