Maggie Walsh is an Executive Search and Leadership Assessment Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates in Chicago, where she serves as a leader in both the Financial Officers and Professional Services practices. In her Financial Officers capacity, she conducts searches for Chief Financial Officers and their direct reports, spanning controllership, FP&A, shared services, and investor relations, for Fortune 500 companies, mid-market private equity placements, and family-owned organizations. Within the Professional Services practice, she places C-suite officers, line of business leads, and revenue-generating partners across consulting companies, law firms, and tech-enabled businesses. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2021, Maggie spent over six years at EY as a Senior Manager in Business Consulting, driving people, process, and technology changes for clients across various industries. Earlier in her career, she completed internships with the Global Treasury Solutions group at Bank of America in Chicago and at Il Pastificio Classico in Lima, Peru. Maggie holds a Master of Business Administration from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
