Madison Hess is a Principal in the Houston office of Heidrick & Struggles and a member of the global Industrial, CEO and Board of Directors, and Human Resources Officers practices. She partners with publicly-traded and private equity-backed companies in the energy and industrial services sectors to recruit CEOs, non-executive directors, CHROs, and other senior P&L and HR leaders. Since joining the firm in 2018, she has progressed through roles including Associate, Senior Associate, and Engagement Manager, and recently served as the Industrial Practice associate and engagement manager coordinator. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Madison worked as an Associate focused on Healthcare Services and HIT at Ross & Company in Boston, where she partnered with private equity firms on portfolio company C-level and operating partner leadership succession. She began her career as a Venture Capital Analyst at International Accelerator, an early-stage startup incubation program in Austin. Madison holds a Master of Business Administration from Rice Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
