She is a talent advisor and executive search consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the life sciences and healthcare, consumer, technology, industrial, and financial services sectors. Experience Recently, Lydia worked with other global and Latin American executive search firms as a knowledge manager in the life sciences, healthcare, and consumer sectors, principal client partner leading life sciences and healthcare practices, and LatAm managing director. During this time, she helped open the Mexico subsidiary of a boutique executive search firm. Lydia began her consulting career with Heidrick & Struggles Mexico in 2002 developing search strategies for multinational and national companies within the financial, consumer, healthcare, and technology sectors. She was a member of the quality team in Mexico and a member of the Consumer Goods and Healthcare practices. Before her consulting career, Lydia worked with Citibank and Kraft Foods Company for 5 years. She has been invited by prestigious universities in Mexico and abroad to participate in conferences related to the future of work.
