With over 18 years of experience in executive search, he specializes in consumer markets, including consumer products, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, and media. Prior to his current role, he served as Senior Partner at Heidrick & Struggles and has concurrently been Managing Partner at 2GET Executive Search since 2010, focusing on senior leadership and C-level assignments for family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs, and private equity and venture capital-backed companies. Earlier in his career, Luis held leadership roles at Michael Page International, where he managed the Marketing and Retail divisions in Brazil, and began his professional journey at C&A and Corretora Souza Barros. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate specialization in Retail from Funda��o Getulio Vargas.
