During her tenure at Bain, Lucia became a specialist in commercial due diligence for private equity clients and developed deep sector knowledge in agribusiness, chemicals, and industrial components. She is a recognized expert in the Net Promoter System® (NPS), helping organizations improve customer loyalty and operational efficiency. Lucia holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship Management from The Wharton School and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Tsinghua University.
