After gaining experience in London, Paris and Dubai, Loubna graduated with a Master’s degree in Management from the French ESC Clermont Business School in 2010. She immediately joined the Michelin Group and moved to Dubai to support the set-up of their Africa, India & Middle East Headquarters. In 2014, she became the first woman in charge of Michelin’s franchise development in the field, in a male dominated region and drove the business successfully. Proximity to family and Germany being an industrial giant brought Loubna to tackle new challenges. In 2018, she joined Meyer & Soehne GmbH where she was responsible for Executive Search on an international level and is presently the ECI'S Network Development Manager.
