She brings more than 25 years' experience across interim executive search, career transition, coaching and leadership development. Lisa has built and led high-performing businesses, including scaling three recruitment start-ups, and is known for her practical, outcome-focused approach. Prior to joining Johnson Partners, she led the Interim Executive Practice at Korn Ferry and was previously a Partner at Watermark Search, specialising in interim appointments.
