Lindsay serves as Chief Operating Officer of RSR, driving initiatives to improve client service by creating efficiencies, enhancing productivity, and championing innovation. She additionally is a member of the Family Office practice, specializing in recruiting across the C-Suite, including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and COOs, for family offices of varying size and structure. Experience and Expertise Prior to joining RSR Partners, Lindsay served as a trusted advisor to the Strategic Client Committee at Latham & Watkins, one of the world's highest-grossing law firms, regarding client relationship management and client service delivery. In addition to Latham & Watkins, Lindsay held client service and business development positions at global law firms Shearman & Sterling and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. She began her career in public relations and in B2B marketing roles. She has more than 20 years of experience in strategy, account management, business development, communications, and marketing. Outside of RSR Partners Lindsay earned her JD from Syracuse University College of Law and her BA from Hamilton College. She is a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC)'s Americas Council and is the Chair of the Americas Membership Committee. Lindsay lives with her husband, three children, and rescue dog in Connecticut. She enjoys skiing, hiking, and sporting activities with her family.
