Linda Zhang is the Partner-in-Charge of Heidrick & Struggles� Shanghai office, where she serves the recruitment needs of global MNCs and local conglomerates for key management positions. As a core member of the Consumer and Industrial Practices, she also leads the firm�s CEO and Board Practice in Greater China. With nearly 15 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory, Linda has placed hundreds of executives and advised organizations on leadership and talent strategies. Her tenure at Heidrick & Struggles spans over 20 years, during which she progressed from Associate to Assignment Manager, Principal, and eventually Partner. Prior to her career in search, Linda worked as a Management Consultant with Bain & Company in Shanghai, focusing on market entry, growth strategy, and human resources. She also served as an Associate for the World Economic Forum in Geneva, managing relationships with the Chinese government and academia, and began her career as a Business Analyst for China Eastern Airlines. Linda holds a bachelor's degree in International Trade from the University of International Business and Economics and an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago
