Lina Sintes is the Partner & Managing Director of Cornerstone Colombia and serves as the Chair of Talent Development for Cornerstone International Group. With over 16 years of experience in HR consulting, she specializes in aligning talent with corporate strategy through transparency and trust. Under her leadership, Cornerstone Colombia provides comprehensive services in executive selection, professional development, and outplacement. Her career includes significant roles such as Business Vice President at Human Capital Consulting and international project coordination with Seeliger y Conde in Madrid, following several internships with Spencer Stuart. Lina is a highly credentialed professional, holding a degree in International Business Administration, a Master’s in Executive Coaching and Leadership from the Universitat de Barcelona, and a Master’s Certificate in HR Management from Cornell University. She is also a Scrum Master Certified professional and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Neuropsychology.
