Liming Wen brings to MPS a strong executive search background and practice experience of over ten years. He was previously leading the Consumer Practice for Heidrick & Struggles in the China market. Liming has been dedicated to focus on cross-border talent acquisition and executive leadership development in Asia Pacific, with a dedicated focus on the Greater China market. He has worked with a wide array of corporations including both MNCs and SOEs in developing senior management capability and other leadership mandates. Prior to executive search, he was a professional marketing executive in the FMCG (Fast moving consumer goods) and retail sector, holding leading marketing positions in North America and Asia Pacific/China markets, looking after integrated marketing operations including Brand development, Ads & media, PR and Consumer/market research, and product development.
