Times 2017), she helps our clients to increase their self-awareness, to further unlock their potential and to build on their lifelong career, as resilient leaders in a rapidly changing, global job market. She takes a relational approach to coaching and has been awarded a 5-star-rating distinction for her coachingsessions at INSEAD. Liesbeth has coached leaders from e.g. Amazon, Uber, Google, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, McKinsey, GE, Heineken. She is a fanatic traveler, loves cross-cultural experiences, and is passionate about theatre and her 2 young children. Prior to joining Borrer Career Lab, she worked for INSEAD as Executive Coach/ Ass. Director Career Development for Working Professionals, where she coached young and senior alumni of the MBA and Executive MBA programs, led a team of 20 career coaches around the globe, designed various career workshops for INSEAD’s Forums in Asia, Europe, and the US, working with professionals from diverse industries. Her previous corporate experience includes; Employability,LeadershipDevelopment, Executive Recruitment, Performance & Change Management, and has worked with senior management to spearhead the development and execution ofleadershipprograms, to develop emerging VP leaders. Liesbeth received a BA in Journalism from Fontys University and is aProfessionalCertified Coach, (InternationalCoachingFederation, ICF). She continuously trains herself and participates in international masterclasses for Executive Coaches. E.g. Robert Dilts master classes; Executive Coach & facilitator of the mastermind group of Silicon Valley’s most renowned CEOs.
