Based in Washington, DC, Lianne’s clients span integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, payers, and private equity-backed portfolio companies. She brings a depth of experience working directly with progressive executive leadership teams and boards in healthcare. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Lianne held a number of progressive roles within Yale New Haven Health System, including orthopedic service line management and corporate strategy and business development. During her time at Yale New Haven Health, Lianne focused on strategic growth initiatives including large M&A transactions and was instrumental in sourcing and leading several strategic partnership engagements. Lianne has extensive experience in healthcare strategy and began her career with EY in the healthcare advisory practice where she focused on clinical operations, academic health systems, and revenue cycle. Lianne brings a nuanced understanding of market dynamics in healthcare to her client engagements. Her broad experience across the industry enables her to deliver creative solutions to organizations’ most complex leadership dynamics. Lianne holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Tulane University as well as a Master of Health Administration from the Tulane University Celia Scott Weatherhead School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
