Lelia Lim-Loges brings more than 15 years’ experience in leading C-suite searches across the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining Kincannon & Reed, Lelia was a Managing Director with Oppeus International Search and a Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International. Previous to her career in recruitment, Lelia was with Kumpulan Emas Berhadin Malaysia, a KLSE-listed conglomerate with interests in manufacturing, palm oil mills and plantations, education, and property investments, among others. There, she held various business development and corporate roles for their Southeast Asian investments and corporations. Lelia started her career with British Petroleum in Singapore where she began as a management trainee and later progressed to a marketing function within BP Marine. She holds an MBA in Finance from the Hull University School of Management, UK and an undergraduate degree in Law (LLB Hons) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK. Lelia has also attended INSEAD’s Asian International Executive Program in Shanghai, China. She is a certified practitioner for Employment Intermediaries (Key Appointment Holder) with EFMA. Lelia is certified in the Lominger International suite of solutions: Leadership Architect 101, High Potential Masterclass and Development Masterclass. She is fluent in English and Bahasa Malay, and speaks basic Mandarin and German.
