Lea Federmann is a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles in S�o Paulo, where she leads C-level and board-level executive search and leadership advisory assignments across construction, real estate, energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. She also works extensively on leadership consulting engagements involving succession planning and organizational transformation, with additional expertise in the third sector, including NGOs, foundations, and institutions. Lea joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2019 following its acquisition of 2GET Executive Search, where she had been a Partner responsible for infrastructure, real estate, and energy and utilities practices, advising family-owned businesses, multinational corporations, and regional companies on senior leadership hiring. Prior to that, she spent over four years at Michael Page as a Manager in Property and Construction. She has over 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory across capital-intensive industries. Lea holds an MBA in Sustainability Studies from FGV, a postgraduate specialization in ESG and Corporate Sustainability from FGV, and has completed executive education programs at IMD and Funda��o Dom Cabral.
