Laura Sanderson is a Managing Director in the Board & CEO Advisory Partners practice at Russell Reynolds Associates in London. With over 20 years of experience, she has led more than 500 board-level appointments across the Global Fortune 500 and FTSE 350. Laura specializes in shaping the long-term performance of organizations by advising on CEO succession, board effectiveness, and the evolving expectations of global regulators and shareholders. She joined Russell Reynolds in 2017 following the firm's acquisition of The Zygos Partnership, where she was a Partner. Her leadership within Russell Reynolds has been extensive, previously serving as the UK Country Manager and the Co-Head of Europe, Middle East, and India (EMEA). Beyond her executive search career, Laura is a Fellow of Winchester College and serves on the advisory board for CATALYST. She holds a BA in English and an MPhil in Medieval and Renaissance Literature from the University of Cambridge.
