Laura plays a key role in coordinating projects within RSAcademics’ Leadership Appointments team, ensuring every detail is managed so clients experience a smooth and professional process. Her work behind the scenes helps our consultants focus on supporting schools, confident that operations are efficient and well-organised. After graduating from the University of Hertfordshire with a degree in Physiology Laura built extensive administrative experience across sectors including conveyancing, direct mail, plumbing, and surveying. She joined RSAcademics in 2018 as Office Administrator, later moving into operations and HR support before stepping into her current role in 2024. This breadth of experience gives Laura exceptional organisational skills and adaptability.
