Lars has held several senior leadership roles within Spencer Stuart, including Managing Director for Germany and Austria and EMEA Practice Leader for Digital & Technology Officers. Before joining the firm in 2016, he spent 12 years at SAP, where he served as the Global Head of Business Transformation Services and Vice President of EMEA Business Consulting. His deep background in management consulting and technology leadership allows him to develop impactful solutions for high-level digital capabilities. Lars holds a Diplom-Kaufmann in Business Administration from Friedrich Schiller University Jena and completed international business studies at Harvard University.
