Larry Shoemaker is the President of Shoemaker & Associates/Cornerstone Atlanta and the Vice Chairman of Cornerstone International Group, a global network of approximately 60 offices worldwide. With over 35 years of experience in retained executive search, he specializes in recruiting senior and mid-level management by evaluating candidate competency and cultural compatibility through advanced technology tools. Since 2005, Larry has held key leadership roles within Cornerstone International Group, previously serving as President where he oversaw the global network of independent search and HR consulting firms before transitioning to his current focus on strategy and marketing. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Partner at W. L. Handler & Associates and held several senior executive roles, including Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Southern Tea Company, Vice President and Business Manager at Moxie Industries, and Director of Marketing at Bristol Myers. Larry is also an International Coach Federation ACC-credentialed Executive Coach. He holds an MBA in Management and Marketing from Georgia State University and a BS in Statistics from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
