Kyriakos Kofinas is the CEO and Founding Partner of AIMS International Gulf in Dubai, where he leads executive search, board services, and talent management across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Gulf region. With international leadership experience across six industries and more than 100 countries, he is also an Executive Advisor to founders and C-suite boards. Previously, Kyriakos was the CEO and Founder of the PPC blue e-Mobility brand, where he developed Greece's leading electric vehicle charging network. His extensive executive career includes serving as the Regional CEO for IMEA at Safilo, where he doubled business growth in India and the GCC, and as the Regional CEO for South East Europe at adidas. He also held General Manager and Managing Director roles at Sprider Stores, Arthrex, and Goody’s S. A., following a ten-year tenure in brand and sales management at Procter & Gamble. Kyriakos holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and an MSc in E-Commerce from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He also earned a BA in Economics from the University of Athens, finishing first in his year, and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from London Business School.
