Kim Pomoell is the Partner-in-Charge at Heidrick & Struggles in Helsinki, where he leads leadership advisory and executive search assignments across Northern Europe. With a career spanning over two decades, he combines deep consulting expertise with hands-on executive leadership. Prior to his current role, Kim served as the CEO of Vitality and Oy and bertil’s health oy, where he successfully led a multi-year business transformation and oversaw the company’s acquisition by Midsona Corporation. His extensive background in executive search includes founding and managing Momentous-Cresco Oy and serving as the CEO of MPS Enterprises Ltd, where he managed operations across Finland, the Baltics, Russia, and China. Kim also spent several years as a consultant for BTS Inc. in both Helsinki and San Francisco, training Fortune 100 executives in business acumen and financial strategy. He is an "Approved Board Member" (HHJ) certified by the Finland Chamber of Commerce and holds an M. Sc. in Strategic Marketing and Finance from the Hanken School of Economics.
