Kevin O�Neill is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Acertitude in New York, where he leads a reimagined executive search and talent solutions consultancy focused on C-suite and senior executive hiring. He co-founded Acertitude in June 2015 and also founded O�Neill Consulting Group in 2004, which specializes in mid-management to Vice President-level executive placements across consumer, industrial, healthcare, life sciences, and private equity sectors. With over 25 years of experience in executive search and talent management, he has built his career on developing client-centered search models designed to improve leadership performance and organizational outcomes. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Associate at Kidder, Peabody & Co. from 1995 to 1998, focusing on institutional and high-net-worth financial advisory services. Beyond his professional work, he has served in leadership roles on nonprofit boards, including Chairman of the American Heart Association Rhode Island. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Marietta College, where he was also involved in athletics and student organizations.
