Kevin Hall is the Canadian Managing Partner and Global Board Member at AltoPartners, based in Calgary, where he has extensive experience in executive search and board advisory services. He also serves as a Special Advisor at the firm, contributing to global leadership initiatives. His expertise spans board member recruitment, executive search, board evaluation and assessment, succession planning, executive compensation, organizational development, and leadership assessment. With a long-standing career in executive search and governance, he has held leadership roles within AltoPartners for over a decade, guiding senior-level and board-level recruitment mandates across multiple sectors. In addition to his executive search work, Kevin has been actively involved in governance and board service, including roles with the Calgary Highlanders Regimental Funds Foundation, STAT Healthcare Corporation, YouthLink Calgary Police Interpretive Centre, and the O�Brien Institute for Public Health at the University of Calgary.
