Kelly Komsa is an Executive Search and Assessment Professional at Russell Reynolds Associates in New York, where she is a member of the Global Medical Device Practice. Since joining the firm in April 2020, she has focused on high-level executive placements and leadership evaluation within the healthcare sector. Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, Kelly served as an Associate at Skillcapital from 2018 to 2020. In this role, she worked within the global Healthcare Practice, assisting private equity funds with transaction origination, pre-acquisition due diligence, and the recruitment of backable senior management teams across the medical device, pharmaceutical, and healthcare services industries. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Lafayette College, where she was involved in the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and the Pi Mu Epsilon and Omicron Delta Epsilon honor societies.
