Keith Sinclair is the President and CEO of Harris Leadership Strategies in Winnipeg, where he provides leadership and organizational consulting solutions focused on people, performance, and strategy. He has a long executive career spanning human resources, leadership development, organizational transformation, strategic thinking, and process improvement, which now informs his consulting practice. At Harris Leadership Strategies, he oversees services including executive and board search, business planning and strategy development, executive group facilitation, executive coaching and career management, organizational development, executive and board compensation, and interim executive contracting. In addition to his role at Harris Leadership Strategies, he is a Member Firm representative of AESC and previously served as Chair of MacKay CEO Forums. Earlier in his career, he was Principal at The Osborne Group, Vice President of Human Resources at Hummingbird Ltd., and has extensive experience in leadership and HR roles across organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science from the University of Winnipeg.
