Katsuya Tsujishita is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services team. He brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources as a senior HR director and consultant. He has advised multinationals and Japanese companies on executive assessment, leadership development, and organization culture change and performance management. A focus on executive assessment, leadership development and organizational culture Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Katsuya led HR, legal, investor relations and general affairs for TASAKI & Co. for seven years. Previously, as a consultant with IBM Japan, he was responsible for executive development, assessment and coaching of leaders and high-potential talent. He also advised on HR strategy and planning. Katsuya was a director with another international executive search firm, where he focused on executive assessment, talent development, compensation schemes and HR processes. Katsuya has held numerous HR leadership and consulting roles at organizations including Aon-Hewitt, MUFJ Research and Consulting, and Bain & Company. He began his career at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. Katsuya holds an M.B.A. from University of Manchester and a B.A. from Hitotsubashi University.
