Katrien Demeester is the Country Manager for Belgium and a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates in Brussels. Serving as a trusted advisor to boards and senior executives, she conducts leadership and succession assignments for public and private equity-backed technology, media, and communication companies. With a strong focus on hiring innovative digital and technology officers across all industries, she is also a member of the firm's Diversity and Inclusion practice. Katrien has dedicated over two decades to Russell Reynolds Associates, having initially joined as a Managing Director in 2004. Prior to her extensive career in executive search, she served as a Global Operations Lead at SAP Ariba for five years. She began her corporate career as a Financial Analyst at Procter & Gamble. Katrien holds an MBA in Business Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Commercial Engineer degree from KU Leuven.
