Prior to her career in executive search, Kathryn gained 20 years of hands-on P&L experience at Braun AG, Philips and P&G. Her business acumen allows her to thoroughly analyse and identify the talent needs for top brands that operate in the highly competitive Asian environment. She is increasingly working with talent who have a combination of experience across MNCs, Family-Owned Businesses and Disruptive companies. Kathryn is a passionate advocate for cultural and gender diversity in the boardroom and senior executive teams. Her other focus is helping clients attract top local talent that can further build brand intimacy and relevance in Asia. During her career, Kathryn lived across Asia, North America and Europe. In Asia, she has spent most of her years in Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Fujian and Bahasa Melayu, and has verbal proficiency in German and Dutch.
