Kathleen Dunton is Chair of the Board of Directors at Boyden World Corporation and Managing Partner of Boyden Germany, based in Frankfurt am Main, where she also serves as EMEA Leader of the Private Equity and Venture Capital Practice Group and a member of the Industrial Practice Group. With over 25 years of experience in executive search, she specializes in cross-border leadership assignments across private equity, industrial, and professional services sectors, focusing on building international and multicultural leadership teams. She advises global clients on executive recruitment and leadership solutions, including executive search, interim management, and leadership consulting. Prior to her current leadership roles at Boyden, she served as Principal and Partner, and earlier spent more than a decade at Ray & Berndtson as a Senior Consultant. She also worked as a Project Manager at Eric Salmon & Partners. Kathleen holds a Bachelor�s degree in Economics and Geography from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
