Kate Ludlow is the CEO of Saxton Bampfylde, a leading independent executive search and leadership advisory firm. Over her 13-year tenure with the firm, she has risen through various strategic roles, including Managing Partner, Consultant, and Chief of Staff to the Chairman. Her extensive experience spans the entire search lifecycle, from her early days as Co-Head of Research to leading the Government and Regulation practice. Kate is also deeply involved in the arts and community sector, serving as a Trustee for the London Youth Choirs. Her professional foundation in research began at Pinton Forrest & Madden in Canada before she returned to Saxton Bampfylde. Kate holds a BA in Music from the University of Cambridge, where she was a Choral Scholar with the Trinity College Chapel Choir, and she is an alumna of The King's School, Canterbury.
