Karen started her private Executive Coaching practice “Transitions’ Edge Ltd.” in 2002, providing coaching and consulting to individuals and organizations. Her critical objectives are to support, challenge and guide her clients in establishing and achieving goals, as well as successfully navigating change, both in business and in their personal lives. Karen works with motivated people who are ready to make the necessary changes to advance in their careers, to be successful in their endeavours, and to lead balanced, happy lives. Her expertise in the psychology of transitions, coaching, teaching and facilitation in the adult learning field are the foundations of her work. Karen has worked extensively coaching one-on-one as well as facilitating groups of CEOs and senior leaders, and has also created and delivered leadership development programs in organizations. She facilitates workshops to help people develop clarity and set goals for their professional and personal lives. She also speaks at conferences on issues related to transitions, leadership, coaching and continued learning.
