Karen has delivered of career coaching and training programs for 1000's of employees up to senior executive level within private, government and non-for-profit organisations. She has also successfully provided on-site support and outsourced redeployment services for large corporations. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology from Macquarie University, along with formal qualifications in Mental Health and a Workplace Assessment and Training. Furthermore, she has completed formal training in executive, career and life coaching.
