Prior to joining Coulter Partners, she was a Partner at MWM Consulting and spent nearly a decade at Brunswick Group, where she served as Partner and Co-Head of Healthcare. Her foundational experience in healthcare investment banking at Cowen and Company provides her with a unique perspective on leadership's impact on company valuation and investor confidence. Justine holds a PhD in Molecular Therapeutics and a BSc (Hons) in Pharmacology, both from The University of Edinburgh.
