J�rgen Vanselow is a Managing Director and Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates, based in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main Metropolitan Area, where he specializes in executive search and leadership advisory within private equity, family offices, and the broader alternative assets industry. He advises clients including buy-out, growth equity, venture capital, and fund-of-funds investors, focusing on mid- and senior-level investment professionals and portfolio management talent. In addition, he serves as a senior advisor and non-executive board member across the private equity sector. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2017, he spent more than two decades at Egon Zehnder as Senior Partner in Private Equity and Financial Services. Earlier in his career, he worked at Deutsche Handelsbank AG in private equity and leveraged finance, and began his career at Booz Allen Hamilton in corporate finance, M&A, and post-merger integration advisory. He holds an MBA and Diplom-Kaufmann in Business Administration from ESCP Business School and completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.
