Julia Zdrahal-Urbanek is the Founder and Managing Partner of AltoPartners Executive Search Austria, based in Vienna. She serves as a Member of the Global Management (OCO) and acts as the Practice Lead for Transportation, Mobility, and Infrastructure, as well as a member of the Industrial and Board Practices. In addition to her executive search leadership, Julia currently serves as a Non-Executive Director for Gebrueder Ulmer and is a Co-Founder and Initiator of the Women Corporate Directors (WCD) Austria Chapter. Prior to re-building AltoPartners Executive Search Austria in 2012, she spent five years as a Partner at Dr. Rantasa Consulting within their Executive Search Division, which served as the exclusive Austrian partner office for AltoPartners. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Project Manager for the Institut f�r Bildungsforschung (ibw). Julia holds both a PhD and a Master of Science (MSc) from the University of Vienna.
