Julia leads the systems and processes that keep RSAcademics efficient, connected, and ready to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Her work on digital transformation and data systems ensures that our team has the tools and insights they need to support schools effectively and reliably. With a Mathematics degree from the University of Sheffield, Julia began her career in financial services before moving into publishing, where she managed data analysis and management reporting teams. She later worked in local government: initially supporting schools and later providing business process improvement. Most recently, she worked at the University of Oxford as a Communications Officer. This breadth of experience gives Julia a rare combination of analytical expertise and practical know-how, which she applies to making our operations smarter and more streamlined.
