Her career includes significant leadership roles at Westpac, where she served as Head of Strategy for the Institutional Bank, and MSCI Inc. in London, where she led business development during its transition from Morgan Stanley. Julia’s deep technical expertise is rooted in her early career as a derivatives and structured products trader for National Australia Bank and JPMorgan. Beyond her executive search role, Julia is an Industry Fellow at the University of Technology Sydney and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). She holds an MBA with High Honors (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Chicago and a First Class Honours degree in Mathematics from UCL.
