Julia Colvin is the Recruiting Operations & Marketing Manager at Human Capital Solutions, Inc. (HCS), where she leads the firm’s comprehensive marketing strategies across social, digital, and traditional channels. She is responsible for maintaining HCS’s marketplace presence and optimizing recruiting workflows. Julia has progressed through several roles at HCS, beginning as a Research and Sourcing intern where she developed deep expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate mapping for high-level executive roles. A graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington’s Cameron School of Business, she also serves as a member of Panorama, a global community of leadership experts. Her background includes significant leadership experience as a former Chapter President of Alpha Gamma Delta and marketing roles for Guayakí Yerba Mate and the UNCW Office of Student Leadership and Engagement.
