Jules Orpin is a Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates in Sydney, serving as a key member of the firm's Financial Services Sector since 2019. He leads executive searches for financial funds, investment banking, global markets, and group treasury, focusing on senior-level investment professionals, portfolio companies, and board appointments. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Jules served as a Partner at Odgers Berndtson, where he established their Financial Services Practice in Australia. Before this, he founded Green Room Capital and served as a Partner for Financial Services at CTPartners, following their acquisition of Johnson Partners. Earlier in his career, he founded Orpin & May Pty Ltd, managing the firm's successful growth until its acquisition by Sheffield Haworth, where he subsequently served as Managing Director for over four years. Jules began his career in audit at PwC before transitioning into executive search. He holds a BA with Honors from the University of Exeter.
