udith Gründler joined AltoPartners as a Consultant in July 2025. In her role she independently manages client relationships and projects in the field of executive search, while also contributing her research expertise as part of project teams. A generalist with a strong sense for people and structure, she approaches each assignment with flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset tailored to the needs of the client and the search. She began her career in assistant and project management roles before transitioning into HR consulting in 2022. Since then, she has grown from a research-focused role into a well-rounded consultant, supporting clients in filling key positions and participating in selection processes such as assessment centers. Judith brings industry experience from the energy and automotive sectors and holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Management from FH Joanneum in Graz. Her academic and professional journey has been shaped by a strong international orientation, including time spent abroad in the USA and Russia. She values the dynamic nature of executive search, where no mandate is the same. Driven by a passion for working with people, she is committed to finding the right fit for both clients and candidates – creating long-term value through each successful placement.
