Jozsef Marton is a Consultant and the Director of the London office at Preng & Associates, the world’s only retained international executive search firm dedicated exclusively to the energy sector. He specializes in identifying and placing high-impact leaders across the energy spectrum, from renewable startups to established global oil and gas firms. Jozsef is particularly focused on helping energy companies navigate the transition toward long-term sustainability and ESG compliance, often working in emerging markets to attract local talent to senior roles. Since joining Preng & Associates in 2015, he has progressed from Head of Research to his current leadership position. His prior experience includes serving as an Associate on the energy team at Curzon and holding roles within the Board and Leadership Services practice at Harvey Nash. Earlier in his career, Jozsef worked as an Executive Officer for the UK Home Office. He holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Oxford and is an alumnus of Haberdashers' Boys' School.
