Jozef Papp is the Managing Partner at Stanton Chase in Prague, with a career in executive search and leadership advisory dating back to 1998. He specializes in identifying top-tier management and providing strategic counsel on succession planning, leadership assessment, and board effectiveness. Within the global Stanton Chase organization, Jozef has held significant leadership roles, including serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Vice Chair of Business Excellence, where he led international marketing, digital transformation, and infrastructure projects. Since 2019, he has also managed the financial operations and P&L for the Prague office. Before joining Stanton Chase in 2009, Jozef owned and operated Confidence Human Capital s.r.o., a firm focused on the technology sector, and held senior sales roles at Deloitte/SSA. He is a member of the Czech Institute of Directors and holds an engineering degree from the Technical University of Košice, supplemented by specialized training in coaching and psychology.
