He founded and co-leads the global Health Tech sector, partnering with leading software companies that serve the constantly evolving healthcare industry. Experience Josh also co-founded the Data, Analytics & Artificial Intelligence sector, working with clients seeking to capitalize on data and analytics as competitive differentiators. Josh conducts board, CEO, C-level, and other senior-level general management searches for public, PE, and VC-backed software and services companies, with a particular focus on healthcare technology and services, data and analytics, marketing and information services, corporate strategy, innovation, and general management. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Josh was head of research at Publishers Communication Group (PCG), a consulting research firm dedicated to working with scholarly publishers and content providers. Prior to PCG, Joshua was a senior research associate with a boutique retained executive search firm. In this role, he worked with a variety of clients, from early-stage, venture-funded companies to established market leaders in the financial services, biotechnology/pharmaceutical, and high-technology industries.
