Joost Leferink is a Partner at Stanton Chase in Amsterdam, where he specializes in the Consumer Products and Services sector. Drawing on extensive international executive experience, he advises boards, CEOs, and senior leaders on leadership challenges, succession planning, and talent assessment. Prior to entering executive search in 2024, Joost spent over 30 years at Kimberly-Clark in various high-level leadership roles. Most recently, he served in the Global Strategy and Transformation Office, where he led the "General Manager Success Profile" project to enhance global recruitment and development frameworks. His tenure at Kimberly-Clark also includes serving as the Managing Director for Consumer Products in South and Southern Africa, where he held full P&L responsibility for a $325 million turnover business, and as General Manager for the Benelux region. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions in sales, category marketing, and brand management across the UK, France, and the Netherlands. Joost holds a BA in Business Studies from Tilburg University and an MBA from Canterbury Business School.
