Jonathan is a Partner in the Dubai Office, responsible for Beaumont Group business across the GCC. He has more than 20 years international experience in Executive Search successfully delivering searches across Latin America, North America, Europe and the Middle East. Fully conversant with all types of recruitment activity having both on-site and consultancy experience. As well as HR having lead HR operation in Europe on an interim basis for an industrial company. Sectors include Industrial/Manufacturing, Professional Services, Technology, Digital and Gaming. Extensive experience working for both VC’s, Private Equity, Large Corporations and Family-owned businesses. He graduated from Portsmouth University in the UK with a BSc in Psychology. He is married with two children, prior to settling in the UAE he lived in Belgium, Finland, England and Colombia. He speaks fluent English and Spanish. He is passionate about making sound decisions, Sport, Camping & Off-roading.
